We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after receiving the product
Delayed delivery caused by the courier or customs
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit — cash refunds are not available.
