💰 Refund & Return Policy – Nemerce

At Nemerce, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we strive to deliver high-quality products and accurate orders, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Nemerce.


✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Delayed delivery caused by the courier or customs

  • Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

To initiate a return:

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve the return request

  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange for pickup (if applicable)

📌 Note: Unauthorized returns (without approval) will not be accepted.


💳 3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store creditcash refunds are not available.


🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., beauty tools, skincare)

  • Electronics with broken or removed seals

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items


❌ 5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


📦 6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., customer error or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
